They charged us very good.
They charged us very good. I’ll bet that they loved our business. It took almost 10 months - 10 - to get the ABS module after paying for it up front (> $500.00 ), then another >$500.00 charges to get it installed. What a rip off!

No one in the lobby had nice things to say.
No one in the lobby had nice things to say. Everyone talked about other locations we can go to instead. We also talked about how your mechanics couldn’t find the nail in the tire despite being told exactly where it was. THE CUSTOMER HAD TO SHOW THEM BY SCRAPING OFF ROCKS. When the manual labor is more than double the job you took it in for, the settings in the truck were not returned to how they were found, I have a scratch on my door’s interior, and the oil sticker? It lasted about as long as my hope this was going to be a good visit (it already fell off the window). The only change I have is that I will never return to this dealership, even in an emergency. I will drive further in an opposite direction to another dealership. I thought I would give them another shot, but I didn’t think it could have gotten worse than the last visit. You know it is bad when even my friends and family question why I still went to the dealership. They were right and I will never return. Do not contact me or my family about this visit.

June 29 I bought a 2015 ford explorer from advantage
June 29 I bought a 2015 ford explorer from advantage dodge on July the 2nd I felt a shutter in the transmission took it back to the dealership they said that there was nothing wrong with the car i still felt the transmission shutter took it to a transmission physician and they said that the transmission was bad it needed to be replaced or rebuilt back to the dealership again they had it for 6 days and again they said they're is nothing wrong with the transmission. This place is a ripe off take advantage of the elderly. They know that the transmission was bad that's why they would not sale me a extended warranty. Run from here do not walk run as fast as you can

I do not ever write reviews but this deserves one. Patrick was very professional and straight to the point with pricing. No gimmicks and no tricks, straight to the point. Not only was Patrick solid, so was the dealership. The whole process of buying my 2025 Tacoma went extremely smooth on their end. My bank ended up having issues processing my debit payment and guess what the dealership did for me? The dealership drove me 40 minutes to my bank and 40 minutes back so I could grab a cashiers check to pay for the car. The payment office staff were extremely patient with my banks shenanigans, way more patient than I was with them. I would give a higher rating to these guys but there’s no option for that. Highly recommend!

Everyone at the dealership was very nice and helpful until we met the top manager (I don’t remember his name). He was not at all happy that we did not accept the ridiculous charge of $6,000 for an extended warranty. Plus we live ~50 minutes away from the dealership and would never go that far for service. Most extended warranty’s are a waste of funds anyway !

Really nice service shop. Most dealerships are dead. This place is hoppin with people and cars taking congratulations pictures! They were under a old owner few months ago. They are out to earn your business. I got a good trade in and a 2026 jeep wrangler sahara. Have a buch of pictures. They have coffee, soda, water. Clean restrooms. Snacks. And lots of New car smell lol. With Saleena on duty this dealership shines! God bless
