I’ve continued coming to this dealership because I’ve always appreciated the honesty, transparency, and care I received here. Unfortunately, my most recent visit left me feeling very differently. I brought my vehicle in to have an issue looked at and was charged a diagnostic fee that I was never informed about beforehand. I completely understand that diagnostic fees may be standard, but I believe customers should be told about the charge upfront so they can make an informed decision before any work is performed. What was even more frustrating was that after paying the diagnostic fee, I wasn’t provided with the actual diagnostic codes that came up. I was simply told what they believed the issue was. If I’m paying specifically for a diagnostic service, I would expect to receive the results of that diagnostic, including the codes. I’ve trusted this dealership for a long time because I felt they were honest and took care of their customers. This experience was disappointing because it didn’t reflect the transparency and communication that kept me coming back in the first place. I hope this was an isolated experience and that they improve how diagnostic charges and results are communicated to customers going forward.

Service is the best thanks to Daina. She is the best because she has taken of my Jeeps for many years after other service men have taken care of us. My first Jeep had almost 4000 miles on a 400,000 miles on it and she has been taken care of the new one since 2018. Nothing but the best.. that should read 400,000 miles. Due to pull by motor..thid Jeep is the best, I be have ever own. Just haven 3000 miles with out any problems..

Parts ordered took 3 months to come in and was told I should call main place to expedite the order. Was told had no order. They canceled the parts order twice. Every time I ring it in I dont get it back for like almost a week. They dont call you. We have had to do all the calling and talk with 3 people, put on hold with each one. Told would get call back and did not. Was told about closing time it was not read and they did not know when . She would call first thing in the morning. Never got call. We called later mid day. Picked up around 1 or 2. Back in ext day. However we were giving rental car for the weekend after going all week with no car. Hope to not have to visit there any time soon. People are nice when you actually get to talk to them. Dana is very caring but just has too much on her plate. Customer service suffers due to that.

June 29 I bought a 2015 ford explorer from advantage
June 29 I bought a 2015 ford explorer from advantage dodge on July the 2nd I felt a shutter in the transmission took it back to the dealership they said that there was nothing wrong with the car i still felt the transmission shutter took it to a transmission physician and they said that the transmission was bad it needed to be replaced or rebuilt back to the dealership again they had it for 6 days and again they said they're is nothing wrong with the transmission. This place is a ripe off take advantage of the elderly. They know that the transmission was bad that's why they would not sale me a extended warranty. Run from here do not walk run as fast as you can

Meeting Henry turned out to be great as he was attentive to our needs and was very informative on the vehicle we had chosen. He demonstrated all aspects of the vehicle. Showed us all the different options and how they worked. Took his time to explain everything carefully. Even connected our phones to the Bluetooth system on the vehicle. He made sure that the paperwork was smoothly handled. There was no need for back-and-forth negotiations between management and ourselves. He showed what true customer service is supposed to be like.

I do not ever write reviews but this deserves one. Patrick was very professional and straight to the point with pricing. No gimmicks and no tricks, straight to the point. Not only was Patrick solid, so was the dealership. The whole process of buying my 2025 Tacoma went extremely smooth on their end. My bank ended up having issues processing my debit payment and guess what the dealership did for me? The dealership drove me 40 minutes to my bank and 40 minutes back so I could grab a cashiers check to pay for the car. The payment office staff were extremely patient with my banks shenanigans, way more patient than I was with them. I would give a higher rating to these guys but there’s no option for that. Highly recommend!

Everyone at the dealership was very nice and helpful until we met the top manager (I don’t remember his name). He was not at all happy that we did not accept the ridiculous charge of $6,000 for an extended warranty. Plus we live ~50 minutes away from the dealership and would never go that far for service. Most extended warranty’s are a waste of funds anyway !

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Advantage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. On 7/17/26, my vehicle was towed to the dealership because the service engine light had come on. After running diagnostic tests, I was told that the accelerator pedal should be replaced. Although the dealership was unable to duplicate the issue at that time, I trusted their recommendation and paid approximately $800 to have the accelerator pedal replaced. Unfortunately, just six weeks later, on 8/23/26, my vehicle experienced the exact same issue. I immediately brought it back to the dealership that had replaced the pedal, and this time the vehicle produced the same error code that it had previously. Naturally, I was frustrated and concerned, especially after spending $800 on a repair that clearly did not resolve the problem. I asked if I could be provided with a loaner vehicle while my car was being diagnosed and repaired. I was immediately told that a loaner was not available. Zach, who has normally taken care of me during my previous visits, referred me to his supervisor, Blake. Unfortunately, my interaction with Blake was extremely frustrating. From the beginning, I felt that he was argumentative rather than willing to listen and understand my concerns as a customer. I was simply trying to explain why I was upset and why I felt a loaner or rental vehicle was a reasonable request under the circumstances. The conversation became so frustrating that my father ultimately had to come to the dealership and attempt to speak with Blake as well, but we still were unable to reach a reasonable resolution that day. The following day, I was contacted by the dealership and informed that the repair would be covered under warranty and that I would be able to get a rental vehicle. While I appreciate that the issue was ultimately covered, I can’t help but feel that the situation could have been handled much differently from the beginning. I have done business with this dealership before and have never been treated this way. What was most disappointing was not necessarily the vehicle issue itself, but the way my concerns were handled when I was already dealing with the frustration of having the same problem return after paying $800 for a repair. As a supervisor/director, I feel Blake could have handled the situation with much more professionalism, patience, and understanding. Sometimes customers simply want to feel heard and respected, especially when they have already spent a significant amount of money trusting a dealership to properly diagnose and repair their vehicle. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. I have previously had positive experiences here, which makes this recent experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, this is an experience I would not want to go through again.

They charged us very good. I’ll bet that they loved our business. It took almost 10 months - 10 - to get the ABS module after paying for it up front (> $500.00 ), then another >$500.00 charges to get it installed. What a rip off!

Really nice service shop. Most dealerships are dead. This place is hoppin with people and cars taking congratulations pictures! They were under a old owner few months ago. They are out to earn your business. I got a good trade in and a 2026 jeep wrangler sahara. Have a buch of pictures. They have coffee, soda, water. Clean restrooms. Snacks. And lots of New car smell lol. With Saleena on duty this dealership shines! God bless
