June 29 I bought a 2015 ford explorer from advantage dodge on July the 2nd I felt a shutter in the transmission took it back to the dealership they said that there was nothing wrong with the car i still felt the transmission shutter took it to a transmission physician and they said that the transmission was bad it needed to be replaced or rebuilt back to the dealership again they had it for 6 days and again they said they're is nothing wrong with the transmission. They charged us very good. I’ll bet that they loved our business. It took almost 10 months - 10 - to get the ABS module after paying for it up front (> $500.00 ), then another >$500.00 charges to get it installed. What a rip off!

I’ve never had an experience go so good, let alone THIS good at a dealership. Tim helped me the entire way. I had a cause of a fire diagnosed and asked if they could do a tire rotation. The price for the tire rotation was more than reasonable especially for being oversized tires. They helped me out a ton on the diagnosis and they even washed it for me which was shocking haha. I made an appointment for my required maintenance. I was greeted cordially and professionally and my service was provided in a timely manner. I waited in the customer service area and was provided coffee. My work was completed and the bill was explained to me. I have no complaints about the service or the way i was treated.

I like the people in the service department. The people who do the service I’m not very happy with. Every time I bring my car in for an oil change they are sloppy and I find oil all over my engine. My engine is clean and I expect to fine it clean from oil as it is when I bring it in. I’m tired of cleaning oil off my engine from the person doing the oil change. My next oil change I will speak to the service manager before the work is done.

The advisor that was assigned to me was Dana. She is very good and very thorough.Explaining each and everything that was needed for my jeep.. In my observation, she was like that to every customer that came to her for an explanation.. Dana showed that she genuinely cared that I understood what was going on and why each item being repaired was indeed being repaired. The mechanic I never met but his name was Bob and I wanted to thank him for fixing my jeep.

However, before I even left their lot, the exact same blind spot error code popped back up. Smooth, easy, they don't charge random fees. Henry was knowledgeable and patient, was extremely easy to work with him. Though, I did find trash like large Twix candy wrappers under the front seats even after being supposedly 'detailed' before delivery. Not sure how a new car has something so obvious overlooked.
