Staff I interacted with were extremely pleasant and helpful. Kim was most helpful in seeing my car was serviced in a timely manner even though short-staffed in service department those days. Jessie was bubbly and made my check-out/departure easy. I would highly recommend Advantage to others. Keep up the good work!

Everyone at the dealership was very nice and helpful until we met the top manager (I don’t remember his name). He was not at all happy that we did not accept the ridiculous charge of $6,000 for an extended warranty. Plus we live ~50 minutes away from the dealership and would never go that far for service. Most extended warranty’s are a waste of funds anyway !
My appointment was quick and easy I wasn’t there more than an hour. Thank you Kim for getting me in and out
I don't particularly have any complaints, but wasn't blown away either. The advisor was kind enough, but seemed overwhelmed and voiced it and, as a customer, I don't really want to hear complaints about how busy you are, although it was not to us customers at all, but coworkers
Dana was an excellent service advisor, very pleasant, and knowledgeable about our vehicle. She advised of services needed and recalls for my vehicle, top notch and she is always nice with any service.
I would recommenced Zak in the service department he seemed to stay on top of the issues. In the past I have had some problems with the quality of the work that was performed.
Zack was very focused on our concern. He had me sit in the car and explain the issue.

He always listens to my concerns if something is wrong and gets me on the schedule quickly if I need maintenance. He goes above and beyond what his actual job duties are, which is why I continue to get my vehicle serviced at the dealership and not elsewhere.

My wife and I were treated like regular people and not car shoppers at a dealership. It was laid back, clean and pleasant from start to finish. Even with 3 kids and a puppy with us.
My service rep was great at keeping me updated and I appreciated it. He told me 2 to 2 1/2 hours and I was only there for maybe an hour.

Brought in my 2024 Ram 1500 Tradesman to have a remote start installed. Eight weeks later, I got my truck back. No loner vehicle. No break in the cost. Did not detail the truck before returning it to me. I ask to have a minor scratch puffed out in trade for the inconvenience, nope. Very disappointed.

Customer service is fine, I have no complaints about the people there who I dealt with. But they made a major mistake on the service. The tech never screwed the drain plug correctly back in and my truck poured oil out the whole way home and in my driveway. When I checked the plug it was barely held on by one thread. I want to have a simple oil change and a tire rotation. They changed the oil but told me that there was a locking lug nut on one of my wheels that they couldn’t get off because I didn’t have the proper key.
