I brought my vehicle in to have an issue looked at and was charged a diagnostic fee that I was never informed about beforehand. I completely understand that diagnostic fees may be standard, but I believe customers should be told about the charge upfront so they can make an informed decision before any work is performed.

Service is the best thanks to Daina. She is the best because she has taken of my Jeeps for many years after other service men have taken care of us. My first Jeep had almost 4000 miles on a 400,000 miles on it and she has been taken care of the new one since 2018. Nothing but the best.. that should read 400,000 miles. Due to pull by motor..thid Jeep is the best, I be have ever own. Just haven 3000 miles with out any problems..

They were unable to fix my issue which was sad for everyone involved. Its an intermittent electrical issue. At the end of the day they didnt fix it so they didnt charge me for the failure to diagnose it. The staff was very polite and explained everything well. Overall it wasn't a bad experience and I trust the people I dealt with. The gentleman running the counter was polite.

Parts ordered took 3 months to come in and was told I should call main place to expedite the order. Was told had no order. They canceled the parts order twice. They are very knowledgeable and pleasant. They remember your name and speak you as a friend not just a customer. If there are sale offers or advantages they will hunt them down for you, without asking.
Parts / repair area was very clean and associates were very friendly. I came in for an oil change and to get my front wipers replaced. Oil change went well but the wipers weren't replaced. I didnt notice until the next day when it rained. I didnt get charged for them thankfully but it would have been helpful to get them changed.
Kim is an absolute pleasure to work with. She communicates well and genuinely makes every attempt to help her customers.
The dealership is fine. The rental car experience was not. I had to be taken to Enterprise car rental, put a $50.00 deposit down & wait there until they found a vehicle. If this was explained to me in advance, I would have taken advantage of your shuttle service instead.

Purchased 4 new Michelin tires for 22' 1500 RAM. Good experience, service department was courteous and communication was good. Immediately went on a trip, and tires are well balanced and alignment is true.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Advantage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.
On 7/17/26, my vehicle was towed to the dealership because the service engine light had come on. After running diagnostic tests, I was told that the accelerator pedal should be replaced. Although the dealership was unable to duplicate the issue at that time, I trusted their recommendation and paid approximately $800 to have the accelerator pedal replaced.

Advisor does not greet guest on drive. No inspection report done last 2 times I visited. Advisor does not escort guest to cashier or go over inspection. Meeting Henry turned out to be great as he was attentive to our needs and was very informative on the vehicle we had chosen. He demonstrated all aspects of the vehicle. Showed us all the different options and how they worked. Took his time to explain everything carefully. Even connected our phones to the Bluetooth system on the vehicle. He made sure that the paperwork was smoothly handled. There was no need for back-and-forth negotiations between management and ourselves. He showed what true customer service is supposed to be like.
