June 29 I bought a 2015 ford explorer from advantage
June 29 I bought a 2015 ford explorer from advantage dodge on July the 2nd I felt a shutter in the transmission took it back to the dealership they said that there was nothing wrong with the car i still felt the transmission shutter took it to a transmission physician and they said that the transmission was bad it needed to be replaced or rebuilt back to the dealership again they had it for 6 days and again they said they're is nothing wrong with the transmission. This place is a ripe off take advantage of the elderly. They know that the transmission was bad that's why they would not sale me a extended warranty. Run from here do not walk run as fast as you can

Meeting Henry turned out to be great as he was attentive to our needs and was very informative on the vehicle we had chosen. He demonstrated all aspects of the vehicle. Showed us all the different options and how they worked. Took his time to explain everything carefully. Even connected our phones to the Bluetooth system on the vehicle. He made sure that the paperwork was smoothly handled. There was no need for back-and-forth negotiations between management and ourselves. He showed what true customer service is supposed to be like.

I do not ever write reviews but this deserves one. Patrick was very professional and straight to the point with pricing. No gimmicks and no tricks, straight to the point. Not only was Patrick solid, so was the dealership. The whole process of buying my 2025 Tacoma went extremely smooth on their end. My bank ended up having issues processing my debit payment and guess what the dealership did for me? The dealership drove me 40 minutes to my bank and 40 minutes back so I could grab a cashiers check to pay for the car. The payment office staff were extremely patient with my banks shenanigans, way more patient than I was with them. I would give a higher rating to these guys but there’s no option for that. Highly recommend!

Everyone at the dealership was very nice and helpful until we met the top manager (I don’t remember his name). He was not at all happy that we did not accept the ridiculous charge of $6,000 for an extended warranty. Plus we live ~50 minutes away from the dealership and would never go that far for service. Most extended warranty’s are a waste of funds anyway !
